The Pikes Peak Section had a great time at Marigold’s Café & Bakery on Valentine’s Day last month. Eighteen members made reservations for a gustatory extravaganza. We toasted each other with wine selections and enjoyed the complimentary caprese appetizer – thanks, Gus!
Our menu selections included seafood pasta, trout, steak, and beef bourguignon – a Marigold’s specialty. We finished with treats from the bakery, again compliments of the house. We felt like we were among family – with our Mercedes-Benz friends and our professional servers and restaurant staff. It was a great way to spend a Friday night with loved ones and friends.
